Pre-treatment is a key element in dramatically reducing your operating costs. Here's how it works:
Self Cleaning Pit - Dirt, mud and debris are picked up on the wash pad with shovels or a tractor. The rest of the dirty water flows directly into a self-cleaning sump and is pumped into the first of the pre-treatment tanks.
Settling Tank - Mud and solids in solution are pumped into pre-treatment settling tanks. These tanks replace leaky in-ground concrete tanks that must be pumped regularly. Our above ground tanks are aerated and treated with microbes. The solids are cleaned as they settle to the bottom of the tank where they are automatically dumped into a waiting hopper.
Mud Hopper - The tanks are equipped with electric dump valves and periodically during the day purge mud into one or more blue hoppers, which can be moved and dumped with a forklift.
Biodigesters - The biodigester system continuously recirculates the water, allowing microbes to fully digest hydrocarbons and organic materials.
De-watering of the solids associated with your waste water reduces disposal costs by 90%. Why? No more hazmat pumping. And because the entire system is aerobic, there is no odor, all you get is fresh smelling water.
Systems are expandable with pre-treatment or biodigester tanks that grow with your business.
