Residential Septic System Recovery

Traditional Methods and Leach Field Failure

Thousands of septic tanks and leach field systems fail every year in the United States alone. One of the main reasons for leach field failure is that heavy liquids from the tank coat the leach field and make it impossible for more liquid to be absorbed into the ground. Septic tanks deteriorate because of the strong gases that form in the tank that corrode both plastic and concrete.

The Solution: Saturation Aeration

The solution is a very simple advanced technology known as Saturation Aeration. A small, floating aeration unit is placed in the tank and is supplied by 110 volts (standard house current). The unit supplies micro bubbles all the way to the bottom of the septic tank.

Benefits:

  1. The organic waste in the tank is digested. This eliminates the heavy liquids that coat the leach field.
  2. Reduced odor. Aerating your tank is like turning it into a natural composter. Odors are eliminated.
  3. Pumping is reduced. Because your tank is now digesting the solids going into it, your pumping frequency will be increased by years and may never be necessary again.
  4. Do I need to add enzymes? Not necessary. All of the bateria required is right in the waste, it just needs air.
