Converting cleaning chemicals to more pH neutral, biodegradable cleaners.
Providing the correct vehicle for the cleaning agents, whether it is a centralized pressurization system, barrel and tank cleaners or steam equipment.
Final stage sterilization with ozone. While ozone is not a cleaning agent, it is an extremely effective final stage sterilizer. With an integrated injection system, the efficiency of an ozone system is dramatically increased.
The key to high performance ozonation is Gas to Liquid Mass Transfer. Ozone is a gas. Inserting that gas into a water stream so that is effectively available is the key to a good final stage sterilization system. ClearBlu uses the Mazzei GDT process coupled with state-of-the-art ozone generators from Guardian and Del Ozone along with high capacity oxygen concentrators to create a highly reliable, industrial sterilization process.
Mazzei® Flash Reactor™
The patented Mazzei® Flash Reactor™ is a uniquely innovative mixing chamber that incorporates a re-directional and shearing design of the gas/liquid water mixture that allows for a rapid dissolution and attainment of gas/liquid equilibrium.
